Review of Guest Speakers of the Frank B Kermit Toronto Lair

Hey guys, There's something that happened last month that you can all learn from. The KoreaLair has to put up with a very conservative culture here in South Korea (not North) and because of that, we were very protective about who we let in our group and all. Eventually, we had a mole come in and he exposed us to the media (you can read the article here: http://koreabeat.com/?p=5044) Thankfully, I had listened to Frank Kermits free information about how to run a Lair and took all the precautions recommended. Basically, I had it operated as if there were a mole (which we found at the end). We closed the site, and moved it and are now more selective about who we let in. All in all, this is just a little heads up about things you need to consider as you're leading a Lair and potential disasters that can happen.

Hey, I listened to all of your audio stuff on how to run a not-for-profit lair (except the constitution part) and it really helped me get a lot more cautious in running this since I'm a pretty young person myself who just started a lair. Just wanted to say thanks, cheers!

What a pleasure it is to work with a group of men who have made it their vocation to become better people. We can all learn something from them. As a psychologist, I spend my time travelling around the world, teaching seminars and workshops on all aspects of human interaction and relationships - from small groups to Fortune 500 companies. At some point, the teacher NEEDS a student. The mentor NEEDS a protégé. It is a sacred bond. It gives the teacher meaning and purpose to share his life’s worth of knowledge with a deserving pupil. One thing I can say about the guys at the lair is that they inspire me to WANT to help them. Because of their sincerity, openness and eagerness to learn, they are a true joy to teach. They know the difference between authenticity and pretense. In them, I have found many deserving pupils who would be worthy of the knowledge I could infuse them with. And I think they are mature enough to use this knowledge responsibly. Congratulations and keep up the good work.

As a passionate advocate of truth in the arena of attraction, monogamous relationships, and pickup, it's of utmost importance to me to be highly selective of the forums in which I speak. In fact, I don't tend to speak in most "seduction" communities because the very concept of monogamous relationships is usually marginalized or warped in one way or another by various close-minded members, leading to a deterioration of the discussion. I take my work very seriously, as well as my time, and consider it a great responsibility to help guys that are sincere in wanting to improve themselves. In order to communicate a message properly, however, there needs to be the right atmosphere and the right respect for learning amongst the individuals involved in the group. So, when I decided to take up Frank on his offer to speak to the group, I was pleasantly surprised. It was a great pleasure to chat with the guys in this diverse group, as it was clear they were truly open to learning new ideas and to respecting not only the discussion, but respecting each other as well. Props to Frank and the guys.

This was the first presentation of such nature I've spoken at and it was a truly stimulating experience. The strong sense of presence everyone generated put me at ease to share my adventures and insight. There were straight to the point questions that automatically gave me answers I wanted to express. Many remained open to old yet new ideas; Being yourself, No memorizing lines or making a drastic change by becoming someone else but refreshing the sense of play in life. Not taking things so seriously, taking risks, dropping your ego, saying hello, smiling, making eye contact with strangers on the street - is a way better exercise, try winking for a more advanced version Wink I'd like to thank Frank for maintaining the rules- keep up the great work! Having been in the seduction community for several years now, it’s refreshing to see such a well organized and to-the-point lair. The questions were prepared, and clear, and the presentations and discussions were always moderated and kept on track. I think that the members are going to benefit greatly from this lair and their dedication and interest showed. The members are obviously open to the idea of the learning to convey a strong, comfortable, cocky and playful version of themselves, and I think that with a bit of risk taking, and some practice each of them will become very successful in the seduction world. It was my first time in Canada, and I had a wonderful weekend teaching a student from the TO lair, Ash. It was a successful weekend and made me definitely want to come back. Then on Sunday night, I visited and spoke Frank B. Kermit's Toronto Lair. My first thought when walking in...Fight Club! In the basement of a bookstore with 20-30 guys meeting weekly. My second thought was how normal the guys were in the lair...I've been to a lot of lairs around the world, and including my own, the socallair, we always have a bunch of weird guys, try hard posers, and other unpleasantries. Yet, your lair was totally different. You had guys of all different skill levels, but a lot of respect for each other at the same time. No one tried to steal the show, and no one made each other feel like they were better than each other.
You guys are really lucky to be a part of this lair. I will gladly come back anytime I'm in Toronto to give another free lair speech to you guys.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for inviting me to speak at the Toronto Seduction Lair yesterday evening. It was an immense honour to present my controversial seduction philosophy and highly effective seduction products at Toronto's only internationally respected lair. My experience at your venue is a stellar contrast to that I endured a few months previously, when I was invited to speak at a grossly substandard Toronto lair, which will remain nameless.
At your event I was treated with extreme respect and courtesy. I can tell from the way in which you interact with your members, that you truly care about their emotional well being. You are willing to do what it takes to help them improve themselves as men, and have no hidden agenda through which to sell them your own products or services. You are a selfless human being who is also an intelligent, eloquent, captivating speaker in your own right. I am very, very impressed!
I had an awesome time motivating your guys and I am so humbled by all of the positive feedback you have received since my presentation. It is so sad that the seduction community in general has become apathetic toward the hundreds of self-professed fake pick-up gurus that are offering utterly useless seduction products. Please continue working toward raising the standard for lairs worldwide by setting a good example in quality of service offered to your members and level of treatment toward guest speakers. Similarly, I will work toward raising the standard for service quality in seduction products, by providing programs which actually work because they are customized to the individual client, rather than the personality of the creator.
